Terms of Service

Shiddux operates on a consent-first model. Before any introduction is made:

• Your contact card must be explicitly activated by you
• Both parties receive only a limited preview before deciding whether to proceed
• Both parties must explicitly agree before any contact details or full profile information is shared
• You may decline any match at any time without explanation
• You may pause or withdraw your card at any time

Shiddux does not guarantee matches, introductions, or any particular outcome from an introduction.

If you use Shiddux as a superconnector — uploading a resume or initiating a card on behalf of someone else — you agree that:

• You have the knowledge and good-faith belief that the person would welcome being included
• You will not misrepresent anyone’s background, values, or intentions
• You understand that the person must personally confirm consent before their card becomes active

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent yourself, your background, your observance level, or your intentions
• Use Shiddux to harass, solicit, or contact other members outside the context of a confirmed introduction
• Share another member’s profile information, contact details, or identity outside the introduction flow
• Attempt to circumvent the mutual opt-in system
• Upload a resume for someone without a good-faith belief they would consent

We reserve the right to remove any user from the network at our discretion, without notice, if we believe these terms have been violated.

Shiddux is provided as-is. We make no warranties about:

• The accuracy of AI-generated match recommendations
• The identity, character, values, or reliability of any member you are introduced to
• The outcome of any introduction or relationship that follows

You are responsible for your own safety and judgment when meeting someone through Shiddux. We strongly recommend first meetings in public places.
